Offering the best support possible means constantly looking to improve. We think finding out our customer’s experiences and opinions are vital to that process, so we love getting feedback from our customers!
That said, we’ve never had an official method for providing feedback. People currently use all the various ways they can get in touch with us, typically by phone, by email and most often on our GloHelp helpdesk.
However, we want to encourage our customers to provide more feedback! No matter the subject, or how big or small, whether it’s positive or negative. So we’ve come to realise that we should have a formal method for doing so.
As such we have introduced a new Submit Feedback button to the menu and to the menu widget on GloHelp.
Using these buttons you can open a log with the new category “Feedback”. Just pop in some details into the description box and hit submit. Logs opened in the new category behave the same as any other GloHelp log. You’ll be instantly familiar with the process and you can expect the same friendly support staff to respond.
If you want to provide some quick “for your information” feedback that’s great. We’re very happy to receive more in-depth feedback too, and let it be the start of a discussion. Obviously, we will never charge for any time against any feedback logs*.

*If we feel a log has been incorrectly logged in the feedback category and is actually a support request, we will inform you and change the category to something more applicable.
