    This is the approximate cost for each user based device. We calculate this based on our monitoring agent being installed, without it the device is not supported (excludes Thin Clients).

  • Phone Calls (per month)

    Phone calls cause in-efficnecy in the delivery of our services. As such we always encourage communication through GloHelp, if you could have used GloHelp but choose not to it will count towards your allocated ammount. There's a then a £50 per call charge.

  • Queue Priority

    We aim to settle all tickets as fast as possible, but in busy periods we will fall back on the queue priority system when choosing which problems to resolve first.
  • Dedicated Technician (bi-monthly courtesy call)

    You will have your own dedicated technical engineer that will be responsible for your IT systems. Your dedicated technician will give you a bi-monthly call to ensure that no issues are missed & everything is running smoothly.
  • 3rd Party Management

    For Starter and Core packages we will carry out instructions as provided by the customer from 3rd party suppliers. For our Enterprise packages, we will manage all technical interactions with any of your 3rd party suppliers.

All our support packages include:

  • Unlimited Remote Support
  • Basic maintenance and monitoring of devices and servers
  • Monthly Server Patching (during a scheduled out of hours window)
  • Up to 2 hours setup time for new devices per month
  • Server Backup Management, inc. up to 1 hour restore time per month
