Microsoft 365 Update: New Features & Pricing Change
Glo Networks, Kimberley Christian

Microsoft is rolling out new capabilities in Microsoft 365 including bigger storage allowances for Business Basic, Standard and Premium plans and we think that’s a positive step for teams that rely on it every day.

Alongside these improvements, there’s a small price increase coming on July 2026. Before you worry, here’s the practical bit:

  • 🟩 Annual commitment customers who renew before July 2026
    — Your pricing stays the same until your next renewal.

  • 🟨 Annual customers renewing after July 2026
    — New pricing applies at renewal.

  • 🟥 Monthly commitment customers
    — You will see the price increase from July 2026.*

*UK pricing hasn’t been published yet. Microsoft have shared USD first so this is just an early heads-up to help you plan.

If you’re unsure which billing model you’re on, or want to lock in current pricing before July 2026, just get in touch with us. We’ll happy to check your setup and help you make the best choice.
